Kişilik ve Öğrenme   MBTI Kişilik Analizi
MyersBriggs Tip Göstergesi (MBTI®- MyersBriggs Type Indicator) Carl Jung’un psikolojik tip teorisine dayandırılarak Katharine Briggs ve Isabel Briggs Myers tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Günümüzde Amerika Birleşik Devletleri başta olmak üzere tüm dünyada iş yaşamında en sık kullanılan kişilik göstergelerinden birisidir. Kişilik tiplerinin kuruma özgün katkıları, liderlik tarzları, hedef belirleme şekli, takım içindeki davranış eğilimleri, karar verme şekilleri, çatışma nedenleri ve çatışma çözümleme yaklaşımı, stres yönetimi biçimi, zaman yönetimi biçimi, işe almada öncelikleri, verimli olacakları çalışma ortamı gibi birçok kriteri ortaya koyar.
MBTI® herkesin çeşitli zamanlarda kullandığı sekiz farklı kişilik tercihini değerlendirerek insanları daha iyi anlamaya yarayan bir modeldir. Sekiz tercih, birbirine zıt tercihlerden oluşan dört dikotomiye ayrılmıştır. Her dikotomideki tercihlerinizin toplamı MBTI®tipinizi oluşturur. 16 kişilik tipi vardır.
